Mobi Dixon Releases New Single, Kobanini

After announcing his Top Chap Media label joint venture with Sony Music Entertainment Africa, today Mobi Dixon releases his new single Kobanini featuring Nomcebo and T-Love.

When speaking about how the song came about, the Abantu hitmaker said: “Nomcebo and I  bounced around with a few ideas on how we were going to make our collaboration happen until we came across T-Love who co-produced the song with me. Nomcebo took her time to write the spiritual lyrics and by the time we recorded the vocals she breezed through it.”

On why he chose to work with Nomcebo and T-Love, he said: “I’m a big fan of Nomcebo’s work and our paths crossed at the right time for her to help me share my emotions through the music. T-Love is a promising young DJ/producer signed to my record label Top Chap Media who seized the opportunity to showcase his talent.”
